At Pinatas, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
