How do I upload my image? Please send it in reply to the Order Confirmation Email that you will receive once you place your order.

Accessories on Pinata
Your Custom Person Pinata may include small accessories for the same price, but will require a second order if it includes another person, animal or object similar in size or complexity to the main person in the pinata. For example, a man on a horse is considered as 2 pinatas because shaping out both elements takes twice the time as shaping out just one.
Such pinatas will not be sent to production until we contact the customer and get another order for the second element or change the design to include the main person only.
Skin Tone
There are limited colors for tissue paper used to dress pinatas. Please find below the tones that are available for the "skin" of your person pinata. You may send us by email which tone you prefer. If no tone is selected, this will be left to the artisans discretion.
Additional Fees
Your pinata will incur an additional fee if it requires:
- a large accessory on the person's hands such as a guitar.
- a pose different to that of a standing person with arms next to the body.
- accents in metallic paper, such as gold and silver.
- a complex pattern on clothes.
- pull string feature (to open by pulling strings, not with a buster stick).
Additional fees run at $12 for medium, $15 for large and $20 for super size pinatas.
Delivery Time (Manufacture time included): 22 calendar days from day when we receive your image. RUSH MANUFACTURE WITHIN THE US: 18 calendar days if you select Rush Manufacture ($20 extra fee/pinata applies). 16 calendar days if you select Super Rush Manufacture ($45 extra fee/pinata applies). Returns Policy: Please understand pinatas are handcrafted products that may have slight differences to image used as a guide. Custom pinatas are made for you exclusively, therefore no returns are allowed.
